Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Mishka Face Painting for your special event!
To secure your booking, a $50 deposit is required. Please note the following terms regarding cancellations and rescheduling:
Cancellation:
- If you decide to cancel your booking, you may receive a full refund of your deposit if the cancellation is made more than 2 weeks prior to the event.If the cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the event, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Please note: Saturdays and Sundays are high-demand days for face painting services and are often booked well in advance. Cancellations on these days are particularly impactful, as they prevent us from booking other clients and result in significant lost opportunities.
Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule your event, we will be happy to accommodate you on a different available date. The deposit will transfer to the new date, as long as the rescheduling request is made more than 2 weeks prior to the original event date.
